Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Peletier started the match with the kick off. After 6 minutes of play, France's Frank Peletier made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vincent Blakeley was left in no man's land by his defense there! 9 minutes into the match, Egg Chasers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Peletier came free, but Vincent Blakeley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Maxime Durand successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Egg Chasers FC's Tosh Goodwin was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 14th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Tosh Goodwin sped through France's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maxime Durand. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tosh Goodwin in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25thth minute of the game Tosh Goodwin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Maxime Durand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 28thth minute of the game Peter Crouch who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Maxime Durand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Egg Chasers FC were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after France's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Calvin Clark took the corner. After a defensive mix-up in France's zone, Peter Crouch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maxime Durand came out of the goal and Peter Crouch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 41 played minutes France got a freekick which was hit by Robert Chapuis. Peter Crouch's late challenge caught a France's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Peter Crouch helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of France booed when Egg Chasers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Crouch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reuben Markinson hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tosh Goodwin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tosh Goodwin, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Peletier got free with Vincent Blakeley in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexis Bruneau to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Tosh Goodwin made a precise shot to the right of Maxime Durand. France's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. 60 minutes in the game Reuben Markinson did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Calvin Clark. Maxime Durand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tosh Goodwin's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camille Baume got free with Vincent Blakeley in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72nd minute of the match, Frank Peletier got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vincent Blakeley was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tosh Goodwin scored 5-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maxime Durand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tosh Goodwin in the 77th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Egg Chasers FC's corner Calvin Clark fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Maxime Durand quite easily take care of the ball. In the 86th minute, Maxence Durand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 88 played minutes Egg Chasers FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonny Wilkinson. If Camille Baume had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Frank Peletier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Vincent Blakeley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the France players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Egg Chasers FC.
