Khalid Kennedy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Senen in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Kyle Cox cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Atilano Benat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Humberto Lleir got free with Khalid Kennedy in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute Kyle Cox shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Benat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Dromes FC's Humberto Lleir nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Khalid Kennedy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Seth Young kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the game, Angelo Marko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Khalid Kennedy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd match minute, England was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eddie Willis to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, Dromes FC's Manuel Erlantz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Manuel Erlantz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Dromes FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Manuel Erlantz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

In the 51st minute, Eddie Willis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atilano Benat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Issac Dawson in the 69th minute of play. A collision led to Dromes FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Branislav Vitev hit a great ball. Atilano Benat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caelan Hayes in the 74th minute of play. Atilano Benat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyle Cox in the 78th minute of the match. Micah Macdonald might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Atilano Benat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Micah Macdonald ran back to his position shaking his head. Khalid Kennedy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angelo Marko's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Khalid Kennedy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacobo Senen in the 86th minute of the match. Jacobo Senen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Khalid Kennedy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in England's zone, Jacobo Senen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Khalid Kennedy came out of the goal and Jacobo Senen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the England defense, Branislav Vitev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Khalid Kennedy. The England fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Khalid Kennedy should have stopped the shot. England's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
