Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) FFC Merainies 03's Max Duinhoven started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Max Duinhoven kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frans Geurtsen in the 12th minute of the match. The supporters of Hungary booed when FFC Merainies 03 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Youri Bemmel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Major Barna took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gregor Compaan. Gregor Compaan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregor Compaan having to interfere. If Herbert Springelkamp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gregor Compaan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 39th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herbert Springelkamp. Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FFC Merainies 03's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gregor Compaan came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gregor Compaan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 48th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antal Valentin made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Springelkamp came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 57 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute, FFC Merainies 03's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Max Duinhoven in the 64th minute of the match. After having played for 65 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74thth minute of the game Max Duinhoven who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Frans Geurtsen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. 77 minutes into the match, Hungary's Major Barna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gregor Compaan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 78th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. FFC Merainies 03's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of FFC Merainies 03 booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Takacs Tibor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frans Geurtsen in the 82nd minute of play. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregor Compaan having to interfere. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frans Geurtsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Balazs Lajos hit a great ball. In the 96th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antal Valentin to maneuver through the defense.
