Lars Steen hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 5th minute of the match Charlie Salvan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Keld Paulsen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Denmark booed when Fierce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christopher Guerif didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lars Steen might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabrice Lepetit. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lars Steen ran back to his position shaking his head. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pierre-Loup Grandgirard during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Fierce's Clovis Lenoble in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Denmark's goalie prevented a goal. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clovis Lenoble in the 23rd minute of play. Fabrice Lepetit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led to Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Fierce's Fabrice Lepetit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 29th minute of play. In the 31stth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fierce's Fabrice Lepetit was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Nygaard in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabrice Lepetit prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Chris Nygaard sped through Fierce's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabrice Lepetit. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 39th minute of play forced Fierce's goalkeeper Fabrice Lepetit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Mikkel Wulff left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Denmark fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Pierre-Loup Grandgirard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. In the 46th minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrice Lepetit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chris Nygaard scored 0-3 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabrice Lepetit, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Denmark's Chris Nygaard was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 56th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Fabrice Lepetit came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Denmark's Chris Nygaard. But to his dismay, Chris Nygaard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The audience was convinced that Chris Nygaard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabrice Lepetit was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 63rd minute of play forced Fierce's goalkeeper Fabrice Lepetit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Denmark's Chris Nygaard in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fierce's goalie prevented a goal. After 65 minutes, Faustin Compagnon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fierce and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. Chris Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrice Lepetit having to interfere. Mikkel Wulff kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Chris Nygaard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabrice Lepetit read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Chris Nygaard reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fabrice Lepetit. The goal made the score 0-6. Denmark's Mikkel Wulff shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 86th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Fabrice Lepetit but with some difficulty. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Chris Nygaard put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Fabrice Lepetit. Fierce's Mirolyub Matanov was substituted for Christopher Guerif.
