But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vit Miner couldn't finish the play. 4 minutes into the match, TAXI-MM-'s goalkeeper Martin Alexa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vit Miner. In the 4th minute, Vit Miner reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Martin Alexa. The goal made the score 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Beat Miner got free with Martin Alexa in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Beat Miner who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Martin Alexa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardino Ipar in the 13th minute of play forced CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's goalkeeper Gabriel Postelnicescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Alexa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Popcorn Miner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's goal looked a bit too open when Yuan Di Xing came free, but Gabriel Postelnicescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 22 minutes, Bernardino Ipar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TAXI-MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardino Ipar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuan Di Xing in the 24th minute of play forced CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's goalkeeper Gabriel Postelnicescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Postelnicescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuan Di Xing in the 28th minute of the match. Daddy Miner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Martin Alexa made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costel Vasilescu in the 35th minute of play forced CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's goalkeeper Gabriel Postelnicescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 minutes CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stig-Åke Mager who took care of the corner kick. In the 39th minute of the match, Vit Miner got a very nice opportunity to score, but Martin Alexa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Martin Alexa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beat Miner in the 40th minute of play. Martin Alexa made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Simula Miner sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simula Miner in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martin Alexa saved TAXI-MM- from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yuan Di Xing to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes TAXI-MM- got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Celipe. In the 53rd minute, Vit Miner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as TAXI-MM-'s Jacek Krzynowek slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gabriel Postelnicescu. That made the score 2-1 after 55 minutes of play. Gabriel Postelnicescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardino Ipar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yuan Di Xing received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gabriel Postelnicescu came out and tried to block the shot, but Yuan Di Xing slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 66th minute. CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Dodorol Miner was substituted for Vit Miner. Martin Alexa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beat Miner in the 72nd minute of play. Popcorn Miner might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Martin Alexa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Popcorn Miner ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Popcorn Miner in the 74th minute of play forced TAXI-MM-'s goalkeeper Martin Alexa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beat Miner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Martin Alexa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gabriel Postelnicescu made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Jacek Krzynowek sent off a good shot on target. Martin Alexa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beat Miner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the TAXI-MM- defense, Popcorn Miner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martin Alexa. The TAXI-MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Alexa should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Popcorn Miner in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Alexa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rd minute CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM were awarded a corner. Dodorol Miner went to the cornerflag to take it. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Romário Miner advanced and headed the ball into goal, 4-2 in the 93rd minute. TAXI-MM-'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
