Sami Zübeyr's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hannes Albäck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Igor Czapski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hannes Albäck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. After recieving a nice pass, FC Maci -MM-'s Răzvan Stanomir tried to score from far away in the 48th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sami Zübeyr to make the kick off. Igor Czapski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valer Bălășoiu scored 2-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tristan Falco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Maci -MM- made a substitution. Emanuel Lasker replaced Răzvan Stanomir. In the 75th minute FC Maci -MM- were awarded a corner. Sabin Miclauș went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on FC Maci -MM-'s corner Rudolf Dombi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hannes Albäck quite easily take care of the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s goal looked a bit too open when Igor Czapski came free, but Hannes Albäck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Sami Zübeyr ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hannes Albäck was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The audience was convinced that Sami Zübeyr's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hannes Albäck was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 90th minute Igor Czapski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Albäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bror Bolander kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 92 minutes into the game, Bror Bolander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Maci -MM- the free kick. Bror Bolander hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Anatoly Karpov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hannes Albäck having to interfere.
