Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Liviu Iordache proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Tractorul Satulung -MM- from getting a goal against them. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Liviu Iordache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viorel Iacobescu in the 15th minute of play. The shot was a little too simple and Liviu Iordache could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Samuel Hall got a free kick in the 37th minute. Ferdinand Vrejiu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Liviu Iordache read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Liviu Iordache came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Aurel Teodoroiu. But to his dismay, Aurel Teodoroiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Ionică Bădilescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mădălin Cangeopol in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Alper Benli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Aurel Teodoroiu came free, but Liviu Iordache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Tractorul Satulung -MM- players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC PIETROSUL -MM-.
