Aureliano Ofelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chris Nygaard kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, PLUMAS's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Aureliano Ofelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chris Nygaard scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aureliano Ofelio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Olav Graversen made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by PLUMAS's Cao Fan Quan. Bartolo Berart was extremely unlucky when he, in the 23rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A collision led to PLUMAS getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Cao Fan Quan hit a great ball. Mikkel Wulff recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mikkel Wulff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Aureliano Ofelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 39th minute of play forced PLUMAS's goalkeeper Aureliano Ofelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 played minutes PLUMAS got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Ferrando. Bartolo Berart hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Chris Nygaard made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, PLUMAS's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Chris Nygaard fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The throw-in from Cao Fan Quan in the 59th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Olav Graversen. In the 61st minute, Chris Nygaard made a precise shot to the right of Aureliano Ofelio. PLUMAS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Berart in the 64th minute of play. Chris Nygaard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Aureliano Ofelio made a huge save. Bartolo Berart kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aureliano Ofelio came out and tried to block the shot, but Chris Nygaard slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 74th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aureliano Ofelio. PLUMAS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chris Nygaard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. The supporters of Denmark booed when PLUMAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Colas didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Chris Nygaard came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Denmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chris Nygaard couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 91 in the game by Chris Nygaard from a close distance when the talented Aureliano Ofelio managed to make a qualified save. PLUMAS's players were relieved. In the 93rd minute, Olav Graversen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denmark's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
