Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Denmark's Chris Nygaard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Bertram Svenningsen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tahsin Gurbet. SARI ZEYBEK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bertram Svenningsen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Tahsin Gurbet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. SARI ZEYBEK's Tahsin Gurbet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 9th minute of play. In the 15th minute Bertram Svenningsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tahsin Gurbet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Arda Göksel Öğeturk could shoot a difficult shot in the 21st minute, which Keld Paulsen however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Sungurbey Demiray managed to get in a good position for a shot. SARI ZEYBEK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sungurbey Demiray was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmet Çağrı Akkaya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Denmark booed when SARI ZEYBEK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sungurbey Demiray didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the match, SARI ZEYBEK's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Tahsin Gurbet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Bjarne Kirkegaard fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Denmark's protests and gave Bjarne Kirkegaard a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bjarne Kirkegaard to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Çağrı Akkaya struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Keld Paulsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SARI ZEYBEK. In the 80th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Steen to maneuver through the defense. Olav Graversen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tahsin Gurbet having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Tuna Akyazıcıoğlu in the 86th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Çağrı Akkaya in the 89th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Denmark walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
