LEBEG Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bolli Boll was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 19 minutes, Enrico Palmisano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LEBEG Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrico Palmisano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arturo Zapolski took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Zapolski in the 47th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arturo Zapolski was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Leiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmiro Etxekopar in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, LEBEG Team's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Thiago Leiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Arturo Zapolski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. Felipe Barreto in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Felipinho Amorim who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Thiago Leiva when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 80th minute Arturo Zapolski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Leiva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipinho Amorim went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 85th minute Serginho Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 89 minutes of play, LEBEG Team's Yaman Çağman made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartolomeu Dias in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Leiva saved LEBEG Team from getting behind. After 95 played minutes LEBEG Team got a freekick which was hit by Serginho Ramos. Mehmet Ali Olgaç hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Thiago Leiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 97th minute. Portugal's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
