Greid Tinsmith was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Doffes Damer's Inge Braa in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Italy's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Inge Braa in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavio Vittori prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inge Braa in the 20th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sigfrido Auletta in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Greid Tinsmith saved Doffes Damer from getting behind. Greid Tinsmith took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th match minute, Doffes Damer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliks Gniech to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Greid Tinsmith narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Inge Braa came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Doffes Damer defense, Zaccheo Andolina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Greid Tinsmith. The Doffes Damer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Greid Tinsmith should have stopped the shot. In the 37th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Greid Tinsmith saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inge Braa. 40 minutes in the game Deodato Magliozzi did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Porziano Marchitelli. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Inge Braa to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Duran İlseven threw the ball into play from the sideline. Italy's Deodato Magliozzi quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Inge Braa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavio Vittori having to make a save. 54 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Inge Braa came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inge Braa, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. When Inge Braa came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Doffes Damer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inge Braa couldn't finish the play. Doffes Damer made a substitution. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Cristi in the 67th minute of the match. Greid Tinsmith was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zaccheo Andolina showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 69 minute of play. Doffes Damer's Carl Nordlander was substituted for Pier Kopacz. In the 74th minute of the match, Zaccheo Andolina tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Greid Tinsmith saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Doffes Damer's Greid Tinsmith played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 74th minute of play. In the 78th minute of the match, Zaccheo Andolina tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Greid Tinsmith saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Italy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sigfrido Auletta in the 79th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Greid Tinsmith narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Italy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
