Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marty Hurren in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to The Globo Red getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Will Budden hit a great ball. Caco Moura got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-0 in the right cross in the 8th match minute before Tommy Kahn had time to react. If Caco Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Germany's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Frank Sachs in the 18th minute. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Germany:s Tommy Kahn showed great skill when he stopped Dominik Webb:s penalty. Ramon Wright came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Germany's Frank Sachs. But to his dismay, Frank Sachs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The Globo Red's Dominik Webb quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Frank Sachs, made in the 40th minute of the game. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The Globo Red made a substitution. Jon Downes replaced Thomas Case. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. When Caco Moura came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the The Globo Red fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caco Moura couldn't finish the play. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caco Moura in the 67th minute of the match. The Globo Red's Ramon Wright proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save The Globo Red from getting a goal against them. Germany's Linus Schwerner managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Will Budden in the 75 minute of the game. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to The Globo Red getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Kang Han Le hit a great ball. In the 88th match minute, The Globo Red was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kang Han Le to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, The Globo Red's Will Budden got a free kick in the 91st minute. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Albin Holweck hit a great ball. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caco Moura in the 96th minute of play. Willy Stieler hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Caco Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The The Globo Red fans cheered their team off the field, for while Germany had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
