When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viriato Moura made a kick off. Portugal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Barreto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amancio Videl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Viriato Moura's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 64th minute of the match Portugal got a corner. Berni y Benja FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Felipe Barreto ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 69th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amancio Videl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viriato Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Amancio Videl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. Felipinho Amorim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Amancio Videl made a huge save. 79 minutes into the match, Portugal's Felipinho Amorim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amancio Videl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Felipinho Amorim made a precise shot to the right of Amancio Videl. Berni y Benja FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
