With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hegedus Henrik in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sean Van Dijck saved Limburg United from getting behind. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Antal Valentin hit a great ball. In the 7th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sean Van Dijck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Limburg United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. Hungary's Major Barna was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sean Van Dijck in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Limburg United's Fredrik Terwenhout got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sean Van Dijck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 13th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Major Barna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredrik Terwenhout in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sean Van Dijck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joris De Raeve in the 21st minute. After having played for 26 minutes, Hegedus Henrik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hegedus Henrik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fredrik Terwenhout scored 1-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fodor Daniel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th minute Brend Vanden Driessche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Limburg United's Fabian Orellana got a free kick in the 38th minute.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antal Valentin to strike the kick off in the second half. Hegedus Henrik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Sean Van Dijck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Sean Van Dijck made a huge save. Brend Vanden Driessche took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fodor Daniel. Hungary's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Limburg United's Sean Van Dijck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 59th minute of play. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Takacs Tibor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Limburg United's Sean Van Dijck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Limburg United from getting a goal against them. Antal Valentin made a great header on Hungary's corner, it was just that Limburg United's Sean Van Dijck managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Takacs Tibor got a free kick in the 68th minute. When Takacs Tibor fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hungary's protests and gave Takacs Tibor a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Takacs Tibor hit a great ball. After 80 played minutes Limburg United got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Orellana. 81 minutes into the match, Limburg United's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Sean Van Dijck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Limburg United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Hungary's corner Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sean Van Dijck quite easily take care of the ball. In the 86th minute Brend Vanden Driessche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Antal Valentin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sean Van Dijck. That made the score 1-2 after 96 minutes of play. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Limburg United throughout the match.
