Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antal Valentin kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Arvin Larsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hegedus Henrik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11 minutes of play, Mexilhão F. C.'s Tony Angelsø made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fodor Daniel was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 14th minute of play forced Mexilhão F. C.'s goalkeeper Guga Tavares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guga Tavares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st match minute, Mexilhão F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafino Herena to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Mexilhão F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Guga Tavares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guga Tavares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronaldinho Romero got free with Fodor Daniel in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Germano Siqueira was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexilhão F. C.'s players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Serafino Herena almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel did a great save. After a rather tough play, Mexilhão F. C.'s Serafino Herena got a free kick in the 28th minute. Hegedus Henrik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Guga Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tony Angelsø in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. Major Barna took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guga Tavares. Guga Tavares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Guga Tavares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 40th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tony Angelsø's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tony Angelsø to strike the kick off in the second half. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 53 minutes into the match, Mexilhão F. C.'s goalkeeper Guga Tavares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. Ronaldinho Romero hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Guga Tavares was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Antal Valentin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Antal Valentin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Angelsø in the 59th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Guga Tavares in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mexilhão F. C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Antal Valentin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mexilhão F. C.'s Guga Tavares did a great save. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Germano Siqueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. If Balazs Lajos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Guga Tavares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tony Angelsø in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Boros Benedek lost his temper 85 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 85th minute, one of Hungary:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hungary. In the 97th minute, Takacs Tibor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hungary were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
