The audience thought a goal was coming when Karim Morientes got free with Tadeo Fortea in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 19 minutes into the match, Valhalla F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Sándor Kocsis came free, but Benicio Larez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tadeo Fortea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Morientes in the 21st minute of play. After some careless play in the Valhalla F.C. defense, Sándor Kocsis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benicio Larez. The Valhalla F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benicio Larez should have stopped the shot. Lartaun Carrera's late challenge caught a Valhalla F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lartaun Carrera helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Canteranos Fc getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Lartaun Carrera hit a great ball. Benicio Larez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xurxo Lagala, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Canteranos Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Du Fan Fei came free, but Tadeo Fortea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benicio Larez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sándor Kocsis, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

The wind increased when Karim Morientes made the kick off in the second half. Benicio Larez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sándor Kocsis in the 95th minute of play. The Canteranos Fc supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Canteranos Fc would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
