The LEBRON fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yin Chuan Feng should have stopped the shot. When Netherlands's David Eikelkamp in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Lautaro Acosta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lautaro Acosta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute, Yin Chuan Feng skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 66th minute of the match Benito Modestio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnout Reekers skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, LEBRON's Ciro Berart got a free kick in the 70th minute. Gijsbert ter Kruimer struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Yin Chuan Feng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. Omar Beat hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Harkaitz in the 77th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute of the match, Wim Wilmes got a very nice opportunity to score, but Yin Chuan Feng was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 81st minute, Jörn Scharff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yin Chuan Feng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, LEBRON's goalkeeper Yin Chuan Feng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wim Wilmes. The LEBRON fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Netherlands were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
