Titouan Levet's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Titouan Levet helped the player get up and apologised. After 3 played minutes Fc Kertzfeld got a freekick which was hit by Titouan Levet. 4 minutes into the match, Fc Kertzfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Takacs Tibor came free, but Helmut Lossimäe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Vörös Henrik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Helmut Lossimäe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 10 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Florent Sorlin came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Helmut Lossimäe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joël Rétière in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Major Barna during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Esiquio in the 22nd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joël Rétière, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute, Herman Johnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Helmut Lossimäe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joël Rétière got free with Fodor Daniel in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 37 minutes, Fodor Daniel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 40th minute, Florent Sorlin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Fc Kertzfeld's Gaston Toupin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Helmut Lossimäe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teo Esiquio in the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Takacs Tibor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th match minute, Fc Kertzfeld was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mounir Clenet to maneuver through the defense. Fc Kertzfeld's Helmut Lossimäe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Fc Kertzfeld from getting a goal against them. Fc Kertzfeld's Wesley Donato was substituted for Florent Sorlin. Antal Valentin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 69th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Wesley Donato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Fc Kertzfeld's Alix Poulain was substituted for Titouan Levet. After 80 played minutes Fc Kertzfeld got a freekick which was hit by Herman Johnsson. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo Esiquio, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wesley Donato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hungary played a much better game than Fc Kertzfeld and deserved their victory. The Fc Kertzfeld players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
