Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alberto Tonete got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Newpi Academy's Alberto Tonete nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. With an all-out effort, Newpi Academy's Arnout Reekers threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eulalio Otsando, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 16th minute, Cornelio Guerrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Newpi Academy's goalie prevented a goal. When Gustaaf Groeneveldt came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustaaf Groeneveldt couldn't finish the play. Vlado Delchev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Newpi Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Vlado Delchev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vlado Delchev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 32nd minute of play. In the 38th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Egbert Nijveldt kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Perrando in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Newpi Academy getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Ion Hidiș hit a great ball. 48 minutes into the match, Newpi Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Vlado Delchev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

In the 52nd minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlado Delchev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 52 minutes into the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Vlado Delchev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Vlado Delchev in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antonio Perrando charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antonio Perrando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Newpi Academy's Antonio Perrando got a free kick in the 60th minute. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelio Guerrero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tonete, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tonete came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Newpi Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavino Lauren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Netherlands were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
