Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antonio Perrando got free with Fodor Daniel in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tonete got free with Fodor Daniel in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vlado Delchev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 9th minute of the match. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Newpi Academy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Takacs Tibor heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Vlado Delchev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to Newpi Academy getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Nereo Jakes hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Newpi Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Vlado Delchev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cornelio Guerrero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Newpi Academy's Vlado Delchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balazs Lajos in the 28th minute of play. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 29th minute. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Alberto Tonete sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Fodor Daniel managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Newpi Academy's Alberto Tonete fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Newpi Academy's Nereo Jakes got a free kick in the 38th minute. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Vlado Delchev made a fantastic save in the 50th minute, when Major Barna sent off a good shot on target. Cornelio Guerrero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Katona Janos hit a great ball. After having played for 56 minutes, Alberto Tonete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Newpi Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tonete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Balazs Lajos came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Balazs Lajos couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ion Hidiș during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tonete, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tonete in the 65th minute of play. Balazs Lajos struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Vlado Delchev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Antal Valentin came free with the goalkeeper in the 78th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vlado Delchev could save by the left post. 79 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tonete came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tonete in the 85th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute Alberto Tonete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Newpi Academy getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Alberto Tonete hit a great ball. Eulalio Otsando kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. With a little luck, Newpi Academy's Vlado Delchev got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tonete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Newpi Academy players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
