With a couple of smart ball manuevers Konrad Bentkowski in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ilija Skugor saved Croatia from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konrad Bentkowski in the 16th minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Javier Frexes got a free kick in the 19th minute. If Martin Bosak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konrad Bentkowski in the 27th minute of play. After 29th play minutes Czeslaw Loncki shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Ilija Skugor and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Konrad Bentkowski took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Ilija Skugor to make any attempt to save it. In the 43rd minute, Czeslaw Loncki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xian Nuevo kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After having played for 47 minutes, Konrad Bentkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Konrad Bentkowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Toni Mauzer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Chayo Jauregui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Bosak in the 65th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Frexes in the 67th minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Konrad Bentkowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ilija Skugor was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Javier Frexes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ilija Skugor in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konrad Bentkowski in the 78th minute of play. Ilija Skugor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
