When Leonard Popowicz came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the RW AHLEN-KNURÓW fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonard Popowicz couldn't finish the play. Keld Paulsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonard Popowicz in the 16th minute. Keld Paulsen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonard Popowicz's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Keld Paulsen made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Leonard Popowicz sent off a good shot on target. Keld Paulsen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leonard Popowicz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 33 minute of play. With his leg Keld Paulsen managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Leonard Popowicz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Leonard Popowicz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 36th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Denmark's attentive Simon Bendtsen managed to snatch the ball when Radowit Budrewicz made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. Leonard Popowicz really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonard Popowicz to make the kick off. Keld Paulsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. 95 minutes into the match, RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Leonard Popowicz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Keld Paulsen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The RW AHLEN-KNURÓW fans cheered their team off the field, for while Denmark had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
