The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edward Jönsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Hendrik Ohmer in the 3rd minute of the match. Edward Jönsson was a little too slow when Sven-Hendrik Ohmer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. Dércio Valentim kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Edward Jönsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven-Hendrik Ohmer in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute, Luis Galván ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edward Jönsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Per-Oskar Kihlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evelio Salvadore stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frans Jagur's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 28th minute Sven-Hendrik Ohmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Jönsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Svartvallstjärnens IF's goal looked a bit too open when Oswaldo Junior came free, but Edward Jönsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute Frans Jagur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evelio Salvadore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Sandström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Nicklas Säf was substituted for Joel Sandström. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Hendrik Ohmer in the 52nd minute of play forced Svartvallstjärnens IF's goalkeeper Edward Jönsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Edward Jönsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Hendrik Ohmer in the 69th minute of play. Natalio Etxekopar hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. The supporters of Svartvallstjärnens IF booed when C.A.Esparta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natalio Etxekopar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute of the match, Göran Cane tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Evelio Salvadore saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice moves Per-Oskar Kihlberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Evelio Salvadore however easily saved by the left post. In the 87th minute, Göran Cane ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evelio Salvadore was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 93rd minute, Filip Wawrukiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
