Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off. Antal Valentin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Loramendi Valdivia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Loramendi Valdivia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 7th minute of play. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jules Barrett in the 11th minute of play. After having played for 14 minutes, Balazs Lajos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Balazs Lajos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Rosario Cardona sent off a good shot on target. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jules Barrett in the 20th minute of play. Boros Benedek's late challenge caught a Azzurri FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boros Benedek helped the player get up and apologised. In the 28th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loramendi Valdivia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Loramendi Valdivia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Loramendi Valdivia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 33rd minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jules Barrett to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Denis Redd sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Hungary's Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move. After having played for 58 minutes, Rosario Cardona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azzurri FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosario Cardona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Takacs Tibor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Azzurri FC's Loramendi Valdivia got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Loramendi Valdivia having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Loramendi Valdivia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jules Barrett in the 76th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loramendi Valdivia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 82nd minute of play forced Azzurri FC's goalkeeper Loramendi Valdivia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
