Maximiliano Iigo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zaccheo Andolina went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Mieszko Dabrowski hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. A collision led to ★Independiente Ψ★ getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Gilberto Loreto hit a great ball. Zaccheo Andolina scored 0-2 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximiliano Iigo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Gabriel-Omar Batista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavio Vittori having to make a save. 56 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximiliano Iigo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Italy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
