Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Wilson Amorim successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 7 minutes into the game, Basilio Arano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Barreto in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leandro Marino saved Villa Dálmine from getting behind. 17 minutes into the match, Villa Dálmine's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Leandro Marino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 played minutes Villa Dálmine got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Firman. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villa Dálmine's goalkeeper Leandro Marino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 25th minute of play forced Villa Dálmine's goalkeeper Leandro Marino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Villa Dálmine's Urbano Sandalio got a free kick in the 27th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felipe Barreto in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leandro Marino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 37 minutes into the game, Lisandro Lordi lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Wilson Amorim. In the 39th minute Caetano Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Marino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leandro Marino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 43rd minute of play forced Villa Dálmine's goalkeeper Leandro Marino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isaac Sal went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score.

Leandro Marino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Villa Dálmine's Leandro Marino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Villa Dálmine from getting a goal against them. Armando Rio kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. A collision led to Villa Dálmine getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Armando Rio hit a great ball. Daniel Pimentel was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 77th minute. Portugal's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Portugal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Pimentel in the 78th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Portugal's Felipinho Amorim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leandro Marino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leandro Marino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After some careless play in the Villa Dálmine defense, Bartolomeu Dias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leandro Marino. The Villa Dálmine fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leandro Marino should have stopped the shot. Villa Dálmine made a substitution. Carlos Aragones replaced Isidro Fagildo. For all the effort they put into the match, the Portugal players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Villa Dálmine.
