If Fabio Schneider had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 6 minutes, Sandro Galishoff managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Austria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sandro Galishoff was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabio Auer was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Mastur Bateman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mastur Bateman really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. A throw-in in the 16th minute of the game was made by Vaios Abelas with Kuddusî Müftüoğlu as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 21st minute, Fabio Schneider got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marvin Harrer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabio Schneider fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexis Pouliakis having to interfere. 35 minutes into the game, Sandro Galishoff was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Austria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave INTERISTAS the free kick. The supporters of INTERISTAS booed when Austria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandro Galishoff didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Nalder in the 41st minute of play forced INTERISTAS's goalkeeper Alexis Pouliakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Stathis Giannopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Sandro Galishoff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute, Fabio Schneider fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a rather tough play, Austria's Leonhard Maier got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 65th minute, Mastur Bateman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabio Auer was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After some careless play in the Austria defense, Stathis Giannopoulos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Auer. The Austria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Auer should have stopped the shot. In the 82nd minute, Sandro Galishoff sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and INTERISTAS's Alexis Pouliakis didn't even have to move. Fabio Schneider fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexis Pouliakis having to interfere. The supporters of INTERISTAS booed when Austria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marvin Harrer didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Austria players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for INTERISTAS.
