Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Brian Johnson came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Antal Valentin. But to his dismay, Antal Valentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejo Idacio. In the 16th minute of the match 1947 FC got a corner. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristobal Baumar ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrzej Mlekodaj in the 20th minute of the match. The corner went over the outstretched arms of 1947 FC's goalie and right to Balazs Lajos. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. 1947 FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 24 minutes into the match, 1947 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Brian Johnson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Balazs Lajos came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Balazs Lajos couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Andrzej Mlekodaj kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. After 46 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Balazs Lajos. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Brian Johnson made a huge save. After 55 played minutes 1947 FC got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Idacio. After a rather tough play, 1947 FC's Teodoro Escobar got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind 1947 FC's goalkeeper Brian Johnson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alejo Idacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. 1947 FC made a substitution. Armando Fasoli replaced Andrzej Mlekodaj. Takacs Tibor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Johnson having to interfere. Antal Valentin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Brian Johnson came out and tried to block the shot, but Antal Valentin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 74th minute. 1947 FC made a substitution. Everardo Panpili replaced Teodoro Escobar. A collision led to 1947 FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Melchor Xacintu hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute Armando Fasoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Fasoli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of 1947 FC booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Major Barna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Goren Baños in the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Fasoli came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to 1947 FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Melchor Xacintu hit a great ball. Hungary's Antal Valentin shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 95th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Brian Johnson but with some difficulty. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
