An unexpectedly hard shot by Severiano Artaldo in the 4th minute of play forced Academia 1903's goalkeeper Herminio Resto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marciano Idacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Ezkerra in the 6th minute of the match. Pretorianos FC's Marciano Idacio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harald Ek in the 8th minute of play. The corner led Academia 1903's Harald Ek to fire away a dangerous shot which Marciano Idacio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Rincón in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marciano Idacio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Herminio Resto made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Tostão Ceresso sent off a good shot on target. Timoteo Columbo might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marciano Idacio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Timoteo Columbo ran back to his position shaking his head. Marciano Idacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Columbo in the 18th minute of the match. After 23 minutes Academia 1903's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Severiano Artaldo who took care of the corner kick. Marciano Idacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timoteo Columbo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herminio Resto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severiano Artaldo's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, Academia 1903's Herminio Resto got control of the ball when Severiano Artaldo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 47 played minutes Academia 1903 got a freekick which was hit by Marco Rincón.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tostão Ceresso to make the kick off. Academia 1903 made a substitution. Nicanor Morenø replaced Timoteo Columbo. Academia 1903's Gérard Magyar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marciano Idacio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Herminio Resto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tostão Ceresso, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Gérard Magyar came free with the goalkeeper in the 69th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marciano Idacio could save by the left post. Herminio Resto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tostão Ceresso went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeremias Ezkerra got free with Marciano Idacio in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Santos Lauren struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Herminio Resto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pretorianos FC. The audience was convinced that Nicanor Morenø's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marciano Idacio was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Nicanor Morenø struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Marciano Idacio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Academia 1903. Despite being the better team, Pretorianos FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
