In the 17th minute, Chris Nygaard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Denmark fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. NECKER49's Carolo Errolan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 20th minute of play. Carolo Errolan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertram Svenningsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Chris Nygaard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carolo Errolan was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. After 26 minutes NECKER49's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Chris Nygaard who took care of the corner kick. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carolo Errolan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 44th minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carolo Errolan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chris Nygaard was the one to do the kick off. NECKER49's Carolo Errolan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 95th minute of play. Bertram Svenningsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Errolan having to interfere. When the match was over Denmark could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than NECKER49 throughout the match.
