Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Radu Măliță started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radu Măliță. After a rather tough play, Muget's Ivan Cârlan got a free kick in the 5th minute. Traian Robu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 14th minute of the match. Traian Robu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Traian Robu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Horea Bodnar made a precise shot to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Muget's Traian Robu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 42nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Muget's Ivan Cârlan got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Traian Robu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 47th minute of play. 49 minutes had been played when some careless play by Muget's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. In the 50th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Muget's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Hungary's corner Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Traian Robu quite easily take care of the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horea Bodnar in the 58th minute of play. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Takacs Tibor hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute Radu Măliță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Major Barna might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Traian Robu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Major Barna ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Muget booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hegedus Henrik didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Radu Măliță came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Muget fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radu Măliță couldn't finish the play. Muget's Traian Robu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 71st minute of play. After 72 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Takacs Tibor. In the 73rd minute, Hungary's Boros Benedek seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Boros Benedek the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Hungary protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Boros Benedek had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 73rd minute, one of Hungary:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hungary. An unexpected shot in the 83rd minute by Major Barna got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 86th minute Balazs Lajos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Traian Robu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radu Măliță in the 88th minute of play. After 90 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Major Barna. 91 minutes into the game, Muget's Radu Măliță nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fodor Daniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radu Măliță in the 96th minute of the match. The Muget players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
