C. defense, Chris Nygaard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Branco. The SORRISO E. C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Branco should have stopped the shot. When Denmark's Chris Nygaard in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SORRISO E. C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Olav Graversen made in the 32nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SORRISO E. C.'s Cássio Borges. Artur Branco came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen. But to his dismay, Bertram Svenningsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Artur Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen in the 38th minute of play. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Chris Nygaard sped through SORRISO E. C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Artur Branco. The audience was convinced that Chris Nygaard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Branco was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Artur Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias Ludvigsen in the 44th minute of play. SORRISO E. C.'s Artur Branco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

Artur Branco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 53rd minute of the match. 58 minutes into the game, Bertram Svenningsen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Artur Branco. Bertram Svenningsen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. In the 63rd minute, Bertram Svenningsen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Artur Branco. The goal made the score 0-9. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 67th minute of play forced SORRISO E. C.'s goalkeeper Artur Branco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SORRISO E. C.'s Joaquim Queirós got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, Bertram Svenningsen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Artur Branco. SORRISO E. C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bertram Svenningsen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bertram Svenningsen got free with Artur Branco in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Steen in the 79th minute of play forced SORRISO E. C.'s goalkeeper Artur Branco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard notched a goal, 0-12, to the right of SORRISO E. C.'s Artur Branco. Denmark's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
