Vavrinec Holub didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacinto Rojas went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 28 minutes into the match, Jacinto Rojas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vavrinec Holub. If Ovidio Claude had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 48th minute of the match Paulino Osoitz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vavrinec Holub skillfully saved the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Vavrinec Holub was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ovidio Claude fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere.
