The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 12th minute 哥伦布 Tiger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 minutes Portugal's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gregorio Martxot who took care of the corner kick. Ştefan Bogrea kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 哥伦布 Tiger in the 15th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The tension between the AFC Nirosxn 08 and the Portugal players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute, Laurențiu Todericiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 哥伦布 Tiger in the 26th minute of the match. Portugal's supporters rose to their feet, but Felipe Barreto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mugurel Slătineanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mugurel Slătineanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viriato Moura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mugurel Slătineanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Barreto got free with Mugurel Slătineanu in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mugurel Slătineanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Pimentel in the 69th minute of play. The supporters of Portugal booed when AFC Nirosxn 08 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Xabel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. Mugurel Slătineanu made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Daniel Pimentel sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Pimentel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mugurel Slătineanu having to interfere. In the 81st minute Bartolomeu Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mugurel Slătineanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Moreira in the 82nd minute of play forced AFC Nirosxn 08's goalkeeper Mugurel Slătineanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, AFC Nirosxn 08's Laurențiu Todericiu got a free kick in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 85th minute of play forced AFC Nirosxn 08's goalkeeper Mugurel Slătineanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felipinho Amorim came free with the goalkeeper in the 86th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mugurel Slătineanu could save by the left post. 87 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when 哥伦布 Tiger came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The AFC Nirosxn 08 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mugurel Slătineanu should have stopped the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Portugal players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AFC Nirosxn 08.
