Armando Armani came out of the goal and Rasvan Cristescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th minute, Adrián Espadas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 10thth minute of the game Adrián Espadas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Romania's Carol Stinga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Soroca F.C. defense, Costica Vladimiri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Armani. The Soroca F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Armani should have stopped the shot. In the 17th minute Costica Vladimiri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Romania's goal looked a bit too open when Adrián Espadas came free, but Carol Stinga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Soroca F.C.'s Henky Sumendap got a free kick in the 46th minute. After having played for 47 minutes, Costica Vladimiri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Romania's supporters crossed their fingers, but Costica Vladimiri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Armando Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Olaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 54 minutes into the match, Romania's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Atarrabi came free, but Carol Stinga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Cosme Jaen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carol Stinga was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Romania made a substitution. Alexandru Pangratiu replaced Alex Serban. 75 minutes into the match, Anton Stinga dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Armando Armani, 1-3.
