But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. Albin Holweck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Tommy Kahn managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when AFC Ajax's Luciano Duguid fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 19th minute, 方威烽 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as AFC Ajax's 方威烽 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tommy Kahn. That made the score 2-0 after 21 minutes of play. Albin Holweck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 彭桦旭 having to interfere. After 27 minutes, Luciano Duguid made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Janik Vogt hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luciano Duguid. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 沈平强 in the 34th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luciano Duguid got free with Tommy Kahn in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 沈平强 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luciano Duguid stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luciano Duguid took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 76th minute of the match, Frank Sachs tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but 彭桦旭 saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 77th minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 方威烽 in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Duguid in the 79th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 彭桦旭 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 彭桦旭 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Holweck in the 89th minute of play. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 方威烽 in the 92nd minute of play. 彭桦旭 was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Albin Holweck capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Albin Holweck really showed his touch with that goal: 6-1. AFC Ajax walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
