Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Remzi Oruz got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kim-André van der Schans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kim-André van der Schans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 19 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aldo Tono. Kim-André van der Schans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Remzi Oruz made a precise shot to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Kim-André van der Schans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. Kim-André van der Schans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Remzi Oruz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Remzi Oruz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnout Reekers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnout Reekers was a little too slow when Aldo Tono got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was the one to do the kick off. Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC's Aldo Tono got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kim-André van der Schans having to interfere. Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC's Kim-André van der Schans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Meesters in the 59th minute of play. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 63rd minute, but Kim-André van der Schans got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC hanging dry this time. Lars Meesters hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Kim-André van der Schans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Eikelkamp to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's David Eikelkamp got a free kick in the 85th minute. Arnout Reekers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aldo Tono went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
