After 8 minutes of play, Croatia's Toni Mauzer made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabinho Monteiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ilija Skugor made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Almir Catarinense sent off a good shot on target. In the 14th minute Rafael Furlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilija Skugor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvije Santek lost his temper 17 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 19th minute, Damir Pongrac left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Croatia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wiliam Gomes got free with Ilija Skugor in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ilija Skugor made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Wiliam Gomes sent off a good shot on target. If Rafael Furlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Furlan to make the kick off. Wiliam Gomes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilija Skugor having to interfere. When Neven Culina came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Croatia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Neven Culina couldn't finish the play. After 67 minutes of play, Bresser III Futebol Clube's Cauan Pena made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilija Skugor was left in no man's land by his defense there! 79 minutes into the game, Bresser III Futebol Clube's Almir Catarinense nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilija Skugor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bresser III Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Fabinho Monteiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damir Pongrac in the 86th minute of play forced Bresser III Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Fabinho Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th match minute, Croatia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Kostelac to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Croatia getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Teo Gudelj hit a great ball. Bresser III Futebol Clube were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
