Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 13th minute of play. Miliano Sacristán blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnout Reekers having to make a save. In the 14th minute Miliano Sacristán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Miliano Sacristán managed to get in a good position for a shot. Simbo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Miliano Sacristán was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnout Reekers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Eikelkamp in the 21st minute of play forced Simbo FC's goalkeeper Mías Khalifa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mías Khalifa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miliano Sacristán in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Simbo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Weber didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miliano Sacristán in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnout Reekers saved Netherlands from getting behind. 30 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Mías Khalifa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Simbo FC's Arnout Reekers threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Miliano Sacristán, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 36 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Mías Khalifa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Simbo FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Piotr Ostrowski hit a great ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tincho Palermo to make the kick off. Mías Khalifa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 56th minute of the match. Simbo FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Gijsbert ter Kruimer scored to the left of an out of position Mías Khalifa, making the score, 0-1. Mías Khalifa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 64th minute. Mías Khalifa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 65th minute of play. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Sancho in the 66th minute of play. Simbo FC's Natasha Jain was substituted for Niceto Nafarroa. 71 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Tincho Palermo came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa got control of the ball when Wim Wilmes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piotr Ostrowski in the 91st minute of play. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Netherlands's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
