Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Di Luca having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico San Jacopino's zone, Ulrich Stein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelio Di Luca came out of the goal and Ulrich Stein tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Atletico San Jacopino getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Sergio Sandalio hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Sachs in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aurelio Di Luca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute, Atletico San Jacopino's Er Didia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. The Germany fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Germany's Frank Sachs looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 29th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Er Didia notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 41 played minutes Atletico San Jacopino got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Sandalio. After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 44th minute. The supporters of Atletico San Jacopino booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute of the match Sergio Sandalio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn skillfully saved the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

53 minutes into the match, Atletico San Jacopino's goalkeeper Aurelio Di Luca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. In the 54th minute of the match Germany got a corner. Atletico San Jacopino's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frank Sachs ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 56 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Sven Krakouer. Atletico San Jacopino's Aurelio Di Luca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Atletico San Jacopino from getting a goal against them. Atletico San Jacopino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Er Didia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 82 minutes of play, Atletico San Jacopino's Nik Tjæder made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. After 88 played minutes Atletico San Jacopino got a freekick which was hit by Ferruccio Nicolai. A hard shot by Albin Holweck from long distance, 92 minutes into the match, got Aurelio Di Luca's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Aurelio Di Luca made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Atletico San Jacopino had won after a very even match.
