If Christoffer Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoffer Blomqvist in the 6th minute of play. Christoffer Blomqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. Angelo Prior showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 10th minute of the match. Christoffer Blomqvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Angelo Prior showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Christoffer Blomqvist sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, MILLONARIOS FC's Teofilo Goitia got a free kick in the 18th minute. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Major Barna hit a great ball. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 28 minutes into the game, Hungary's Balazs Lajos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelo Prior made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 39 minutes into the match, MILLONARIOS FC's Christoffer Blomqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of MILLONARIOS FC booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bakos Endre didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute Christoffer Blomqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baladi Ribalta during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. MILLONARIOS FC's Christoffer Blomqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christoffer Blomqvist made a kick off. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christoffer Blomqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Hungary's Antal Valentin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Angelo Prior narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Angelo Prior was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Major Barna showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 69 minute of play. MILLONARIOS FC made a substitution. Juan Corredor replaced Christoffer Blomqvist. MILLONARIOS FC's Federico Errazquin was substituted for Rafael Jauregui. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Major Barna in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelo Prior saved MILLONARIOS FC from getting behind. In the 75th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. MILLONARIOS FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hungary's Antal Valentin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Angelo Prior in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Leonel Cantera kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Jozef Kloots kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Angelo Prior stood somewhat misplaced when Major Barna came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 81 minute. 89 minutes into the game, Federico Errazquin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Fodor Daniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Hungary booed when MILLONARIOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kepa Barajo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The MILLONARIOS FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
