Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Flavio Leobardo made the kick off which started today's match. 7 minutes into the match, BloodHounds F.C.'s Flavio Leobardo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Vittori narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Flavio Leobardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Vittori. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Flavio Leobardo ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Leobardo in the 9th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sostene Vitulli might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Astor Ruy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sostene Vitulli ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Zaccheo Andolina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Astor Ruy was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 19th minute Italy were awarded a corner. Sigfrido Auletta went to the cornerflag to take it. Flavio Vittori made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A sloppy throw-in by Toto Ciupitu in the 25th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Eliseo Cutri. After a rather tough play, BloodHounds F.C.'s Esteve Quintan got a free kick in the 25th minute. Italy's Eliseo Cutri managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Toto Ciupitu in the 30 minute of the game. Astor Ruy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Ruy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BloodHounds F.C.'s Toto Ciupitu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eliseo Cutri, made in the 37th minute of the game. When Alfonso Jacindo came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the BloodHounds F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfonso Jacindo couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Zaccheo Andolina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Italy's supporters rose to their feet, but Zaccheo Andolina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Astor Ruy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zaccheo Andolina was the one to do the kick off. Astor Ruy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 60th minute of play. Zaccheo Andolina struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Astor Ruy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Italy. Alfonso Jacindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sigfrido Auletta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Astor Ruy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sigfrido Auletta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, BloodHounds F.C.'s Esteve Quintan got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Italy's Siricio Liotta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Toto Ciupitu, made in the 75th minute of the game. Italy made a substitution. Sansone Vanella replaced Gianpaolo Mascari. BloodHounds F.C. made a substitution. Ivo Queiroz replaced Flavio Leobardo. 89 minutes into the game, Esteve Quintan threw the ball into play from the sideline. Italy's Siricio Liotta quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Toto Ciupitu's late challenge caught a Italy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toto Ciupitu helped the player get up and apologised. Astor Ruy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adriano Curto in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute Anak Agung Štriker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Many of Italy's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Italy may have spent more time on the ball, but BloodHounds F.C. were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
