Samuele Kunz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernardo Munhoz having to make a save. In the 20th minute Samuele Kunz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Munhoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuele Kunz in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernardo Munhoz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 23 minutes into the match, Agro Imortal's goal looked a bit too open when Samuele Kunz came free, but Bernardo Munhoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Samuele Kunz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, Switzerland's Samuele Kunz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardo Munhoz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Samuele Kunz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Munhoz having to interfere. José Pedro Montenegro hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. The audience held their breath when Samuele Kunz in the 35th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Bernardo Munhoz's left hand side. In the 41st match minute, Switzerland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Wiesendanger to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Munhoz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuele Kunz in the 48th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eliézer Vale was the one to do the kick off. Rodrigo von Känel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Bernardo Munhoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Agro Imortal defense, Jacinto Maurer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardo Munhoz. The Agro Imortal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardo Munhoz should have stopped the shot. 0-3 became the score in the 61st minute when Samuele Kunz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Samuele Kunz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bernardo Munhoz. That made the score 0-4 in the 65 minute of play. Agro Imortal's Bernardo Munhoz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuele Kunz in the 68th minute of play. Samuele Kunz in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bernardo Munhoz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Samuele Kunz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Bernardo Munhoz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Agro Imortal's zone, Rodrigo von Känel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Munhoz came out of the goal and Rodrigo von Känel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Jacinto Maurer came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Switzerland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto Maurer couldn't finish the play. Geovânio Netto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Hias Nüssli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Leo Allemann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Samuele Kunz scored 0-5 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernardo Munhoz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Bernardo Munhoz managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Switzerland's Samuele Kunz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Samuele Kunz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Bernardo Munhoz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 95 minutes in the game, Rodrigo von Känel fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Bernardo Munhoz having to interfere. The Agro Imortal fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Switzerland were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
