Phoenix Fireball SE's Félix Dobó managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eliseo Cutri in the 7 minute of the game. Gianpaolo Mascari made in the 7th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Siricio Liotta. Phoenix Fireball SE's Lopez Arrillaga got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eliseo Cutri kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Phoenix Fireball SE's Tanek Nakoneczny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 25th minute of play. 25 minutes in the game, Zaccheo Andolina dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 30th minute Porziano Marchitelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanek Nakoneczny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Italy's attentive Eliseo Cutri managed to snatch the ball when Félix Dobó made a throw-in in the 34th minute of the game. Phoenix Fireball SE's Tanek Nakoneczny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigfrido Auletta in the 36th minute of play. Tanek Nakoneczny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Porziano Marchitelli in the 37th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zaccheo Andolina in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tanek Nakoneczny prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lopez Arrillaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Vittori having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lopez Arrillaga made a kick off. Italy were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Phoenix Fireball SE's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sigfrido Auletta took the corner. At last the ball reached Eliseo Cutri at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Phoenix Fireball SE. 1-1. Tanek Nakoneczny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Phoenix Fireball SE's Félix Dobó quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eliseo Cutri, made in the 70th minute of the game. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lóránt Hoffman in the 71st minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Phoenix Fireball SE's goalkeeper Tanek Nakoneczny had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zaccheo Andolina. After 77 minutes of play, Phoenix Fireball SE's Lóránt Hoffman made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Vittori was left in no man's land by his defense there!
