Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bento Chandeiro took the kick off in the first half of the match. Netherlands's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Bento Chandeiro scored to the left of an out of position Arnout Reekers, making the score, 1-0. Aioros FC's Saverio Alcocer quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gust Ennemans, made in the 8th minute of the game. Beat Vid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 12th minute of the match. Gust Ennemans got a throw-in 14 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 17th minute of play forced Aioros FC's goalkeeper Beat Vid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Gust Ennemans in the 19th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Aioros FC's Saverio Alcocer. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bento Chandeiro in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 22nd minute of play forced Aioros FC's goalkeeper Beat Vid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bento Chandeiro in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Bento Chandeiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnout Reekers was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 29 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Aioros FC's Beat Vid. Beat Vid was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Beat Vid stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wim Wilmes's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Bento Chandeiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnout Reekers. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bento Chandeiro ran back to his position shaking his head. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Gustaaf Groeneveldt struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Beat Vid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. Bento Chandeiro took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Netherlands's Lars Meesters was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Beat Vid in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The throw-in from Gust Ennemans in the 62nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Aioros FC's Saverio Alcocer. In the 72nd minute Bento Chandeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aioros FC's goalie prevented a goal. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bento Chandeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Beat Vid made a huge save. In the 81st minute of the match, Wim Wilmes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Beat Vid saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Aioros FC's Beat Vid proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Aioros FC from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Beat Vid saved Aioros FC from getting behind. If Bento Chandeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fernando Hierro hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Aioros FC's Jose Miguel Núñez was substituted for Bento Chandeiro. Fernando Hierro kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. It was a well-played corner which Lars Meesters managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand.
