Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Viriato Moura took the kick off in the first half of the match. Aioros FC's Bento Chandeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 8 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bento Chandeiro. Aioros FC's Beat Vid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 9th minute of play. When Faustino Almeida fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Portugal's protests and gave Faustino Almeida a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Faustino Almeida hit a great ball. After 15 played minutes, Aioros FC's Fernando Hierro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wilson Amorim came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aioros FC reached it. 16 minutes into the game, Bento Chandeiro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wilson Amorim. Bento Chandeiro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 19 minutes into the match, Caetano Moreira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Beat Vid. Aioros FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Caetano Moreira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Felipe Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Anton Axelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aioros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anton Axelsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bruno Bastos was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 30 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the game, one of Portugal:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 36th minute of the game Wang Qi Chang made a throw-in which Bento Chandeiro played forward. Beat Vid stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Viriato Moura's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bento Chandeiro was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Aioros FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Augusto Lauro hit a great ball. Anton Axelsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Amorim having to interfere. Augusto Lauro kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. A collision led to Aioros FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Nicolas Agerbo hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Portugal's Felipe Barreto tried to score from far away in the 62nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bento Chandeiro in the 66th minute of play. The supporters of Portugal booed when Aioros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mai Cheng Zhen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aioros FC made a substitution. Jose Miguel Núñez replaced Bento Chandeiro. In the 70th minute Bartolomeu Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beat Vid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beat Vid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolomeu Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 75 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Perón came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wang Qi Chang made in the 76th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Anton Axelsson. Bartolomeu Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wang Qi Chang made in the 80th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Augusto Lauro however managed to control. Bartolomeu Dias received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Beat Vid came out and tried to block the shot, but Bartolomeu Dias slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 84th minute. After 88 minutes Aioros FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Pimentel who took care of the corner kick. Wilson Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jose Miguel Núñez's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Beat Vid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolomeu Dias in the 94th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Portugal walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
