Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgílio Ferraz in the 13th minute of play. Gernando Paes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Morales Moreira in the 15th minute of play. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gernando Paes having to interfere. Takacs Tibor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute Virgílio Ferraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Morales Moreira who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Nas Horas Vagas F.C's Morales Moreira to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Virgílio Ferraz sped through Hungary's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 34th minute of play forced Nas Horas Vagas F.C's goalkeeper Gernando Paes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nas Horas Vagas F.C's Gernando Paes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Takacs Tibor in the 36th minute of play. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Morales Moreira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Fodor Daniel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.

The supporters of Hungary booed when Nas Horas Vagas F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nando Mandrak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hugo Furlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos de Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Major Barna notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Nas Horas Vagas F.C's Gernando Paes. Gernando Paes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 73rd minute Morales Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Morales Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Nas Horas Vagas F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Gernando Paes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgílio Ferraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 81 minutes of play, Nas Horas Vagas F.C's Morales Moreira made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fodor Daniel was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 85th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antal Valentin to maneuver through the defense. Virgílio Ferraz hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nando Mandrak, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The audience was convinced that Hegedus Henrik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gernando Paes was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. 96 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Nas Horas Vagas F.C's Gernando Paes. Gernando Paes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
