Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Frank Sachs got the match started through his kick off. But to his dismay, Frank Sachs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Germany's Albin Holweck got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Germany were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Moisés Lara in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Germany's Linus Schwerner quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Wanderson Paraíba, made in the 60th minute of the game. Germany's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
