Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 8 played minutes Engenheiros da Vila got a freekick which was hit by Eusébio Castro. 10 minutes into the match, Engenheiros da Vila's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Eriberto Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 12th minute of play forced Engenheiros da Vila's goalkeeper Eriberto Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geraldo Fernandez came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fodor Daniel could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 18th minute of play forced Engenheiros da Vila's goalkeeper Eriberto Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geraldo Fernandez in the 21st minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hungary's Balazs Lajos got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eriberto Queirós came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Antal Valentin. But to his dismay, Antal Valentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 35 minutes into the match, Engenheiros da Vila's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Eriberto Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Major Barna in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eriberto Queirós saved Engenheiros da Vila from getting behind. Major Barna might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eriberto Queirós. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Major Barna ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Geraldo Fernandez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Eriberto Queirós made a huge save. It was a well-played corner which Katona Janos managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flávio Mineiro in the 59th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Antal Valentin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eriberto Queirós. That made the score 0-2 after 66 minutes of play. In the 72nd minute, Balazs Lajos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eriberto Queirós was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Antal Valentin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Antal Valentin really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Queirós having to interfere. Antal Valentin came free with the goalkeeper in the 85th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Eriberto Queirós could save by the left post. After 87 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gernando Sarmento who took care of the corner kick. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Eriberto Queirós made a huge save. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Eriberto Queirós made a huge save. A hard shot 92 in the game by Antal Valentin from a close distance when the talented Eriberto Queirós managed to make a qualified save. Engenheiros da Vila's players were relieved. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flávio Mineiro in the 94th minute of play.
