The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Metod Mlynar was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 4th minute. Slovakia's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 10th match minute, Slovakia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Metod Mlynar to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Orlanda made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Metod Mlynar sent off a good shot on target. 20 minutes into the match, Cecilio Hats had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henrich Slany. Slovakia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cecilio Hats was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Armando Diegotxe got a throw-in 28 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Alfredo Librado. Oliver Holub fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Orlanda having to interfere. Slovakia's Pavol Koleno pulled a muscle in his back after 31 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Slovakia's Teodor Chren was substituted for Pavol Koleno. A collision led to MARITO FUTBOL CLUB getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Roberto Javiar hit a great ball. In the 39th match minute, Slovakia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vít Biskup to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Ruben Tonio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. MARITO FUTBOL CLUB's Jonathan Orlanda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save MARITO FUTBOL CLUB from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Orlanda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Metod Mlynar in the 47th minute.

The wind increased when Metod Mlynar made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Orlanda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Metod Mlynar in the 51st minute of the match. Slovakia's Metod Mlynar got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vavrinec Koleno charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vavrinec Koleno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th minute, Vavrinec Koleno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, Metod Mlynar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Orlanda. MARITO FUTBOL CLUB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Metod Mlynar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 63 minutes into the match, Slovakia's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Tonio came free, but Henrich Slany reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Metod Mlynar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Orlanda having to interfere. 70 minutes into the game, Oliver Holub cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Jonathan Orlanda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Slovakia's Oliver Holub got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 82 minutes into the game, Vít Biskup was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Slovakia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MARITO FUTBOL CLUB the free kick. Cecilio Hats took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Henrich Slany. Slovakia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of MARITO FUTBOL CLUB booed when Slovakia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Metod Mlynar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Metod Mlynar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Orlanda having to make a save. The supporters of Slovakia booed when MARITO FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Umbruso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfredo Librado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
